I read this quite late last night and was simply too lazy/tired to review.  I'm back, now, though to let you know that I think this is a very thoughtful piece of work.  You built a good case for the relationship to be in the doldrums and headed toward ending.  I'm so glad that you brought it back to healthy.  I liked the fact that you never had Ginny or Harry doubt their own affection, only that of the other.  I think it was very believable and was very happy to see them work on the problem, take their time, and, of course, get properly back together!
