It originally started as a piece that I wanted to be funny--like a spoof on Brokeback Mountain and I said to myself, who are the two most oppositest people there are who fit the bill...I first thought Snarry, but I was new to fanfic at the time and the cross generational thing was outta my league...so it feel on his father to do it...Thanks for reading!!

Interesting story, and quite a creative plot! I can't help but wonder after reading this how things might have been different for Harry if this had been the "true" backstory between James & Severus. Nicely done!

Now that is an interesting question...how would Snape's and Harry's relationship have worked. Snape would still be damaged from causing the death of people he loved, but I doubt he would have held that against Harry like he did that he was the son of James, his most loathed...
I had thought of taking the story past the summer and having them have a affair ala Brokeback Mountain (which is where this plot original formed) and them maybe even introducing a bit of threesome but alas, perhaps for another time!
