Wow! That was quite a tale, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
A general problem with trio fics is establishing a believable scenario, and I think you've done that pretty well - flat sharing, unspoken fantasies and broody Hermione all building up to a situation in which something had to happen. And for me personally, the story is the better for avoiding graphic male slash.
Excellent smut, and all for charity - well done!

Great story - I really enjoyed reading this. Among the things that impressed me most are the extent to which you have kept them in character, given that they're naked in bed together, and that you have written a highly erotic tale without ever becoming cliched or crude.

I like it. You capture a really good brother/sister dynamic here and it rings true. They're not yet as easy with each as they will be when they're both married and raising families of their own, but they've moved on a long way since Ginny was experimenting with boys and Ron wanted to thump anyone who looked at his sister. There's a mature sibling relatonship in the making here.
The ghoul, and making space for Harry, are nice background touches, as is Ron's awareness of what time Harry went to bed.

I enjoyed this. In particular, I like your characterisation of Lavender. I'm a bit of a Lavender fan from way back, and I think she is too often represented in fan fiction as some sort of vacuous bimbo. I think you draw a good picture of an intelligent, desirable young woman who has come to terms with the awful things that happened to her, and is prepared to take a chance on a relationship with someone that she thinks can handle it.
