I've always wanted to draw something with runes, and Tom seemed like the ideal subject. I imagine he's around 20 in this picture, when he's coming into his full power and is experimenting with new magic, seeing how far he can go. In the picture, he's got six runes cut into his skin (and I also put them in the background), which are: Thurisaz, Algiz , Sowilo, Othala, Hagalaz, and Kenaz.
