So this picture is about some Order members listening to a Quidditch match on the radio. At the front, the guy next to the radio, is Sirius. The other guy sitting on the floor is Lupin. On the couch, from left to right, are: Snape, Dumbledore, McGonagall, Tonks, Kingsley and Mad-Eye.
