I really don't think that Pansy would testify against Malfoy, that is, if she was asked. I mean, look at both of them towards the end of the book. The Malfoy's leave Voldemort (they don't fight for Harry, but they don't fight for Voldemort either) while Pansy is the only person in the entire school is who expresses any desire to turn Harry in.

I must say that Harry/Pansy is my new favorite couple and this was a great story!
