Author's Response: Thank you! This was one of the few things I've written where I tried to keep it very true to the novels - and I'm so glad you picked up on that. I love writing Snape; he's a fantastic character that can get away with so much. Well, maybe not this time *grin*.

That was very well done. Great writing style and the characters' reactions were straight out of the book.
I also give you high marks for Snape's sarcastic witticisms. He's not an easy character to write for, and the barbs are of a calibre befitting the author herself.
