Cluegirl, I've been a fan of your work for a while now, and I have to admit you are one of the few authors that I will read Snarry for. I will never, ever get that pairing, at all, but I know I can count on you to give me a riveting story and make this pairing intrigue me, nonetheless (I'll read loads of Snape torturing Harry, but the romance does nothing for me). This had to be one of the saddest, fucking fics I've ever read in this fandom. My heart ached for Harry so badly, that at times, it was difficult to continue. That lasting image you left us with at the close was amazing. But I still hate the greasy git.
Congrats on another incredible piece of writing.

Oh. Wow. This is awful, and devastating...and quite heartbreakingly beautiful. I have tears in my eyes. I'm not a huge fan of this pairing ordinarily, but dear God, this is stunning. Bravo.
