Ron and Hermione were close to him and very much alive despite several attempts to kill them - This cracked me up, its like Harry is saying, " Well, they aren't dead yet, might as well be friends with them"
Cute piece, somehow I don't think we will be seeing Drunk!Harry in book seven, but if we could, you did a good job showing what it would be like.

I like this. I can see Harry sitting there in the dark before he's officially of age, knocking back half a bottle alone. This has to be one of the wierdest places in a surreal life thus far, just weeks post Dumbledore. Hell, when I finished that book, I needed a drink. Thanks for an insiteful read.
