Broken Telephone - AKA:  Gossip.  One person whispers a phrase to another, who tells it to a third, and around the circle it goes.  At the end, the phrase is so badly garbled it bears little, if any, resemblence to the orginial.

Love this story too!!

"On The Beach" bt Nevill Shute re end of humanity from atomic bonds; made into a movie, one of the scariest I've seen.

2. What's a Broken Telephone?

Oh I just Adore this one! It's so happy and light... sort of an aftermath. It's optimist tone is something that I'm hoping will actually happen in the books. I especially love the interpesonal relationship details, Dennis and Arthur, Angelina and Ron... the children. Thanks again

I adore your writing.  I know Ron & Hermione are your favorites, but you still write everyone else so well, which sometimes other writers can't/won't do.  This is a beautiful slice of hopefully what will be for our OBHWF after book 7.  Great job!

Author's Response: every now and again I get an idea that must be used.

Lovely interlude in the day.

I love seeing these people in the future, it is so nice to be able to drop in on their lives from time to time.

And yes, Broken Telephone, IMO, is the Muggle game of passing messages to the next person in line and seeing how muddled up they become by the end.  Right?

Author's Response: Right, thanks for reviewing

Ah ha!  I have now figured out the mystery of "Sandy" in your story The Smell of Lavender.  This is such a wonderful, peaceful story.  I like fairy tale endings when the good guys win, get the girl, and live out their lives in happiness.  I especially enjoyed the conversations between Arthur and Dennis.

Author's Response: Shhhhshhhh Don't tell, thanks for the review
