I'll just tell you what I told my hubby: Sometimes you read a story, and its funny and light and a bit crack-y, then wham, you are hit with a hauntingly touching chapter which will stay with you for a long time. This is one of those stories.
The inclusion of the narrator was a stroke of genius. This last chapter wouldn't have made as much sense without it.
Great Job.
