Author's Response: The new titles DO make it easier to remember what happened where. Unfortunatel I have a seriously hard time coming up with titles. Never been good at it. You watch, sooner or later, I'll accidentally use the same title twice.

I do really love this story. But are there really going to be 80 chapters?! I don't think I can wait that long.
Author's Response: There are actually 80 chapters (start to finish) posted at Checkmated. I have been editing them together (and fixing them up) BEFORE I post them on this site, so here, there will probably be 40 chapters or so when I'm done. The chapter I'm editing now for this site (chap 16) is really chapters 33 & 34 at Checkmated, so you can see what I mean about the number becoming less as I get them all posted here. If you can't wait, you can always go over there and read the rest. You'll have to register for access to the Bedchamber though. It's posted in an age restricted section.

I totally love POL! The plot, your writing style and your depiction of Ron and Hermione's romance are absolutely wonderful. I'm now reading POL here at QP and just wanted to let you know how much I admire your work.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm glad you're re-reading the story here, as this is where the new and improved edited version is. The early chapters REALLY needed a lot of fixing up.

Almost one year ago I discovered such thing as a fandom and fan fiction and even Ron Weasley (apart this cute little kid of the first two movies).
And it all started with this story! PoL is the most popular and influential novel of the whole HP fandom. It's unrivalled and beyond all comparison. I can live without book 6 and 7; but never without PoL.
