Poor Draco. It may not be slashy in the least, but as a vignette of the love-hate relationship between him and Lucius, it does a great job of setting up the grown-up Draco (for Harry to cuddle). Well done!

Thank you. And you know, Lucius does love his son. He's just not the greatest father. Draco is an extension of his ambitions.
