Stories:

1. Are first come first serve.  Each author has a set number of stories they are able to commit to.  When those slots are filled and unless the author lets us know they can do a few more stories, the author is closed out.  Some authors have indicated that they are flexible, and may take more commissions based on interest.  We will add you to a waiting list if you request a closed out author.
2. To be completed by September 1st.
3. You would give the author a prompt and characters you would like to see written.
4. Donation amounts in US dollars:

   1000-1999 word story	10.00
   2000-2999 word story	20.00
   3000+ word story	30.00

Art:

2. Art work will also be completed September 1st.
3. You would give the artist the pairing and situation you would like to see.
4. Donation amount in US dollars:  Any art piece would require a donation of $60.00.  $30.00 would go to the artist for supplies with the remaining $30.00 into the donation fund.

If the donor wants a hard copy of the artwork, arrangements should be made directly with the artist.

Graphics:

1. Animated GIFs/icons will be 10.00 per set of ten.
2. Size will be suitable for LJ (100x100, 40Kb max) unless otherwise requested
3. To be completed by September 1st.
4. Commissioner can provide images or idea for the graphic designer plus text.

FAQ:

How do I make my request?
Send an email to fundraiser@thequidditchpitch.org.  In the body of the message:  Indicate which artist, author, or graphics person you would like to commission. Indicate your pairing, rating, and two prompts.  Once your commission has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice for the donation amount.  All donations should contain your user name, your email, and whom you commissioned.

I don't want to commission but I do want to donate.

Click on our donation button and it will take you to the donation page.  Please indicate your user name, email, and a message for Dan.

What about the fees?  Will all monies reach Demelza House?
The answer is yes.  The Captains are going to cover all PayPal transaction fees so that the full donation goes to Demelza House.

Are you going to show Dan our efforts?
We are certainly going to try!  We will be trying to obtain a address were we can send a banner and card with each of the donators names.
